This was my introduction to the genius that was the late Kevin Gilbert. He basically produced the whole session and re-created all of the important sonic textures with startling accuracy, right down to the intricate details of my bass sound (you can imagine my eyes when he handed me a real vintage Rickenbacker 4001 and said, "Here, use this.") This was always one of my favorite Yes tunes, and it was a BLAST to be able to be a part of this.

On the album credits we were listed as "Stanley Snail". Origin, you ask? Verse lyric: "Cold stainless nail." Now listen closely to our version: "Go Stanley Snail." There was much talk between Gilbert and Keneally about reforming this band for a future full-album project. Sadly, it remained only talk right up until Kevin's sudden death not too soon after this was released.
